This program named Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program was scheduled to start this April Thursday in ISLAMABAD, which federal government is taking the initiative and is providing financial assistance and help to deserving families which are almost 12 million in number. In this program, the federal government will pay 12,000 rupees to each deserving family. Also, this is the chance for many families to get themselves registered for this program and get this assistance. The federal government has taken the help of private shops and two banks to distribute the cheque and biometric verification is necessary for this.

The amount of 120,00 will be provided in installments, 3000 per month for four months.
The Government under the supervision of Prime Minister IMRAN KHAN is taking good care of the thing that no deserving applicant is being ignored as millions of applications have been received up till now.
Role of NADRA
NADRA is playing an essential role. NADRA monitors that the applicant that is applying should not have any property or land. Also, they should be genuine.
In addition to this NADRA is also checking that the applicant receiving financial assistance through BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) and PBM (Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal) is not eligible for this Program.
So this is a great initiative to serve the deserving ones.

How to Apply
People will get this service through SMS.
So the first step is you have to send your CNIC number on 8171. If your CNIC is valid you will be moved to the next step.
And you will be further informed on how you can receive your cash through the bank.
Reasons your CNIC is not valid
The candidate was blocked due to a bad profile.
Your next of kin is a government employee.
Or your data is not saved in NADRA.
These are the reasons that make you not eligible for this program.
And you will receive a message that your CNIC is not valid.
This is the simple way to get this assistance.
Almost 144 Billion amount is the cost of this Project.
