Nowadays the chances of sexual harassment are very rare. But what if a woman is facing these types of challenges.?

But many of the women do not file a complaint against this issue just because of their respect and honor. Also, they do not have any protection given by the Law to them.

Girls have to come out for education/learning and earning purposes and it is the duty of all of us to give them protection and awareness about this. So that they will feel comfortable working outside.

How to Report?

First of all, she has to collect all the evidences and proofs. All the messages, call recordings, and photos. Anything related to the incident.

Then she can formally file a complaint to the higher administration of the organization. And if she still feels uncomfortable or the investigations are not clear, she has any doubt so she can approach the Provincial or Federal Ombudsperson departments.

She can also file a complaint in court.

Although there is a need for change in the mindset of women we have to make Laws. So that we can make the workplaces and educational institutes safer zones for them.
