Shami Kabab Recipe


1. Cooking oil (as needed for frying)

2. Green coriander 10 mg

3. Green chili 4-5

4. eggs 2

5. Water 3 cup

6. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

7. Whole black pepper 1 tbsp

8. Whole cumin 1 tbsp

9. Coriander powder 1 tbsp

10. Cardamom 2 black

11. Cloves 5

12. Onions 2

13. Ginger 16g

14. Garlic cloves 6

15. Whole red chili 8

16. Salt (as needed)

17. Beef mince 750 gram

18. Split Chickpeas 220 gram


Add beef mince in a bowl. Add split chickpeas (soaked), 1 medium onion, ginger, garlic, whole red chili, salt, whole cumin, coriander powder, whole black pepper, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon powder, water & cook it for 35 to 40 min. Now at this prepared beef mince in a grinder & grind it well. Now take this ground mince in a bowl then add green chili, 1 medium chopped onion, green coriander, 1 egg & mix it well. Add cooking oil in a pan, left it some warm, now dip Shami Kabab in egg & shallow fry them.

Beef Shami Kabab is ready.
