Chapli Kabab Recipe
Desi Chapple Kabab is prepared by the following method. They are liked by each and every age group whether children or old ones. Also, they are the best items to serve your guests.
Ingredients of Chapple Kabab
1. Beef mince 1 kg
2. Oil as required
3. Cumin chopped 1 tbsp
4. Cornflour 6 tbsp
5. Coriander 1 tsp
6. 1 egg
7. Salt as required
8. Chopped ½ onion
9. Chopped 4 pieces of green chili
10. Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
11. Chopped 3 pieces of tomato without seeds
12. Ginger chopped 2 tsp
13. Red pepper crushed 3 tsp
14. Pomegranate seeds crushed ½ tbsp
15. Green coriander chopped 3 tbsp
Preparation
First of all, take beef mince in a pot also add cumin, salt, coriander, green chili, tomato, red pepper, green coriander, pomegranate seeds, mint, ginger, black powder, onion, and egg add cornflour & mix it well & make kababs.
Take oil in a pot & fry Kababs.
Chapple kababs are ready. You can have them with Tea or with Biryani.
