Interim Chief Minister Naqvi announced on Twitter, “We’ve gone digital to simplify the learner’s license application!” The Punjabi Khidmat Markaz and 737 police headquarters provide assistance, and applicants can now apply online through the Police application.

Steps for Online Application
- Account Creation: Register on the DLIMS licensing website.
- Form Submission: Complete the online application form.
- Document Upload: Submit required documents, including a picture, and scanned copies of the CNIC’s front and back.
- Payment: Generate a payment slip ID and pay through ATM, online banking, or mobile banking channels.

Accessing the DLIMS 2.0 System
Download the Punjab Police app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or visit the DLIMS 2.0 website at DLIMS Punjab to apply for a learner’s license online.

- Copy of CNIC
- 2 Passport size photographs
- Certificate of Medical, signed by authorized medical doctor/offices.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness (For those aged 50 years or above)
- Application form
- Original Driving License
- Relevant tickets
- Deposit Rs. 180 on the STR form in the branch after passing the test.
