🛒 Ingredients for Chapli Kabab

  • Beef Mince – 1 kg
  • Cooking Oil – as required (for frying)
  • Cumin Seeds (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour – 6 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • Onion (finely chopped) – ½ medium
  • Green Chilies (chopped) – 4
  • Black Pepper (crushed) – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped, deseeded) – 3
  • Ginger (chopped) – 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Flakes – 3 tsp
  • Pomegranate Seeds (crushed) – ½ tbsp
  • Fresh Green Coriander (chopped) – 3 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Preparation Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Mixture

  • In a big blending bowl, add beef mince.
  • Mix in cumin, salt, coriander powder, green chilies, tomatoes, red chili flakes, fresh coriander, pomegranate seeds, ginger, black pepper, onion, and egg.
  • Add cornflour and mix well until all the ingredients are well mixed. Step 2 – Shape the Kababs
  • • Take size in small portions of the mixture and flat, round kebabs. Press them slightly so they remain crisp while frying.

Step 3 – Fry the Kababs

  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the cabbes on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crisp on both sides.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot and fresh Chapli Kababs with naan, raita, salad, or chutney. They also taste amazing with biryani or as a side dish at tea time.
