Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan led the party Pakistan Tehreek E Insaaf (PTI).

He was a player and played cricket on an international level for 20 years almost. He began cricket when he was 30 years old. In 1992 Pakistan won the World Cup just because of him. It is the only Victory of Pakistan in this series up till now.

In 1991 he started a fundraising campaign in commemoration of his mother. These funds were for the Cancer Hospital. He gathered 25 million dollars and established the first hospital in Lahore. Another hospital is also there in Peshawar which was made in 2015.

In 1996 he established his party PTI.

Personal Life Of Imran Khan

He was born on October 5 1952 in Lahore. He belongs to the Pashtun Family. Father named Ikramullah was a civil engineer. His mother’s name was Shaukat Khanam. He was the only son of his parents. His mother has a background in Sufi Culture.

She has 4 sisters who were also very famous personalities in history.

Imran Khan is currently living in his farmhouse at Bani Gala.


He belonged to a wealthy family that’s why he had great schooling and college life. That is why he studied at Aitchison College in Lahore and The Royal Grammar School Worcester in England.

He studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and graduated in 1975.

Married Life

On 16 May 1996, he was married to Jamaima Goldsmith. She accepted Islam for him. They had two children Sulaiman Isa and Kasim.

On 22 June 2004, they divorced and the reason for their separation was Pakistan. It was impossible for the lady to adjust to Pakistan. And Imran Khan was also alleged to have an illegal daughter. But those were just the rumors.

In 2015 he was married to the British Pakistani Press Officer Rehaam Khan. But they separated in the same year. In 2018 he proposed his Spiritual Guider Bushra Manika. Then on 18th February 2018, they got married. This was a hot topic for journalists and the Pakistani Media.


He has a long career in politics. But his major opposition is PML-N. They are in a continuous stage of debate and their supporters back them in each and every situation. He won the elections in 2018 and became the 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Other Projects

  • Worked as UNICEF’S special Representative for sports and Well-being.
  • He worked with Taverners, cricket philanthropy in London.
  • He built up Namal College, a technical institution on Mianwali. People are appraising Imran Khan a lot just because of his charitable work in Pakistan.

He has a strong and motivating personality. He is no doubt one of those men who have the potential to LEAD and GOVERN.
