The computer boots up again, and the OS (Operating System) is copied from secondary storage to RAM.

Defragmenting your storage drive improves your computer performance. Defragment your drive or schedule it to perform this action automatically. In general, you can do this weekly or after 14 days. However, if you regularly download, uninstall, move, or install new programs, you may need to do it more frequently and regularly.
